Am I too small for body building?

Infant exercise is crucial to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and confidence. I think after a few weeks, I will be able to do some fitness routine. Some experts suggest mommy to let me try these:

1. Tummy Time: Lay me face down surrounded with toys. This encourages me to lift my head and look around, stretching the neck and strengthening the neck, upper trunk, arms and abdominal muscles.

2. Toe Touches: by lying on the back, try reaching my toes. This exercise strengthen my abdominal and hip muscles.

However, daddy thinks I started body building already.

this auntie really has nice body and big muscles. Got milk?


I am a boy. Through hard work and consistent exercises, I will look like this uncle someday. His bicep is bigger than my head!
Daddy really thinks I can do it.
