I fell down this morning at school and bit a hole on my little tongue.
It was so painful that I just can’t eat or drink milk.
So my parents took me to Pantai Hospital at Bayan Baru.
Dr. Lim Ngin Hsiang gave me some medicine for my fever and cough, then referred me to Dr. Khoo who is a surgeon.
Dr. Khoo advised that the cut should be stitched.
Daddy will keep me company. Mommy was traumatized as usual.
So we went into the operation theater together.
Before I could recall anything, I was totally knocked out by a gas mask and the surgery was performed.
20 minutes later, I was awaken and sent to my mom. Of course I did cry like a baby.
I am still a baby after all.
An hour later, I was so thirsty and hungry. I demanded to be fed with rice.
Mommy gave me “sai sai dum”, but I wanted “dai dai dum” (cantonese).
wow … now I can eat again!! without all the pain on my tongue.
